More About Coach Tanner
I have over 13 years experience coaching athletes from K-9th grade. I have coached middle school basketball for 8 years and also volunteered to coach youth basketball at local organizations such as the YMCA for 13 years.
I played 4 years of basketball during high school and worked closely with the hs coach after graduation until becoming a middle school coach.
A session will typically begin with stretching and conditioning. Conditioning is important at the beginning of a session to get a sweat going and give the athlete a real game like experience. After that we will work on fundamentals catered to your request as well as drills to uncover areas for improvement.
