More About Coach Ralph
Hello, Coach Ralph Henderson here and I have over 15 years in coaching basketball, I have been playing competitive since a very young age. I run the basketball facility PickUp USA Fitness where we offer all aspects of basketball training. Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA I enjoy bringing that east coast toughness to my client’s game. After receiving a basketball scholarship from the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville, I moved to Denver, CO where I continued my basketball path, from running a basketball facility, coaching AAU teams and full-time private training sessions. Greatness doesn’t happen overnight but with hard work and dedication anything is possible.
I played basketball competitive at a young age in Pittsburgh, PA. After receiving a basketball scholarship from the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville, I moved to Denver, CO where my passion for the game continued. Becoming owner and operator of basketball focus gym PickUp USA Fitness, coaching and running AAU program. Hardwork to become certified personal trainer from ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and gold coach license USA basketball.
My sessions will be based around all aspects of basketball from offense, defense, footwork, conditioning and mental. The fundamentals are the key to the game, and we will dive in-depth into them during the training sessions. I will take my clients’ weakness and turn it into one of their strengths.
