Quincy helped Kirkwood C.C. to an overall record of 105-32 in 4 years. Quincy's responsibilities included recruiting, player development, strength and conditioning, web development, and scouting.

After graduating from Iowa Lakes C.C. with his Associate of Arts degree Quincy attended Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, TN. While there, he was a two year starter and helped lead his team to two twenty win seasons and two conference championships. Quincy graduated in 2002 with his degree in Business Management.

Quincy's coaching career began in Decatur, GA where he was a part of the Decatur High school coaching staff for five seasons. He was a part of both the boys and girls varsity basketball programs and qualified for two state tournaments.

Most of my star athletes benefit from development in the following areas: Agility Ball Handing Passing Basket Finishes & Shooting.
