A typical session is not something I would call my sessions with my students. I would like to call it a “building block” session. Main goal is to get better 1% each session. While knowing you can’t train one time and expect to be Michael Jordan. I like to focus on skill development, which looks like footwork, ball handling, correct technique for shooting mechanics, learning how to play basketball the correct way, learn to read and react, instead of playing very robotic and tense. First phase of the workout is to stretch/warm up with stretches, ball handling, lay ups, and shooting form. Second phase, I add combinations of the first phase, which is off the dribble jump shots/lay-ups, learning the correct footwork into a jump shot. Last phase I focus on 4th quarter situations, such as conditioning, free throws while tired, certain amount of jump shots when you’re tired.

Coach is very patient and attentive to his students needs to get them to the next level! Love his setup and the drills he created! I highly recommend him for any level of basketball!

Awesome coach!

My happiest moment from training is watching kids grow with their skill set, make school programs, aau teams, and collegiate level. My biggest goal is to help kids go to school for free or some school cost paid for. Also, help kids face adversity and epitome of perseverance.
