I have been a competitive swimmer for 14 years now, and have loved giving swim lessons to children ages 2-13. I have my CPR certification in any case of emergency. I have coached everything to the basics to higher level swimming.

I've been swimming competitively for 14 years so far, and have made it to the division one level. I currently swim for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In high school, I have won sprint events and broken records at my high school.

Depending on the level your child is, each session is different. Younger children may need games or incentives to learn about how to approach water. Some may need to learn how to float properly and use their body to move in the water. Advanced children can learn how to perfect their technique to make it to a club level.
