Strength and Conditioning Coach for Northwest Star Baseball academy, Concordia University. I’ve worked with baseball, basketball, and martial arts. Mainly high school, college, and a few pros. I am certified through Nasm as a performance enhancement specialist. I am a Chek Practitioner and Holistic Lifestyle Coach. I have been coaching people for over a decade.

i have fought for team USA Taekwondo all over the world. Trained in Muay Thai , MMA, and jui jitsu. Playing football, basketball, and ran track in High School. And now am running obstacle races as much as I can. And training athletes
