More About Coach Percy
I am a elementary school teacher for Quincy Public Schools and I have 10 years coaching experience. I relocated from Florida where I begin my coaching career in middle schools. I coached another 5 years in Boston Publics Schools. I transformed a championship program that had the boys and girls winning championships in Florida, and Boston Public Schools. My age group is typically 8-18 year old students. I am part of (MSTCA) Massachusetts State Track Coaches Association, and CPR certified. I will bring in expertise that I have learned from my high school coach in Florida and my coach at Minnesota State University. I am also a personal trainer that will also train athletes in the gym.

We will begin our practice with 2 lap warm-up outside the track on the grass. Next, we will stretch for 10 minutes and then begin our drills on the field. Workouts depends on runners endurance. I would have athletes complete a pre time trials on athlete ability to run the 100m, 200m,400m,1600m. This will determine what types of running workouts each athlete will receive. Either you are a sprinter or long distance runner. I will help you be the best runner you can be.
