More About Coach Paul

I have over 10 years of coaching experience. I offer a very unique and diverse vantage point of working with professional athletes, college athletes, high school athletes in the school setting as well as athletes of all ages in the private sector. I spent 5 seasons as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in the Los Angeles Dodgers Organization working at the Single A, Double A, and Triple A levels. Im currently working in the private sector back home in Overland Park, Kansas working primarily with High School and Collegiate athletes. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC).

I was a stand out High School Basketball and Baseball player. I currently have the all time hits and batting average record at my High School.

My philosophy is very general. Learn the basic, foundational movements first. Then become very efficient and comfortable with the basic, foundational movements. It's not necessarily what you do but how you do it. Performing ground based core exercises working bi-lateral and uni-lateral patterns in all 3 planes of movement. Once you are comfortable with the basics and build up that foundation, you can start to add all the "fun" stuff!! :)
