More About Coach Patrick
I am an ex Division 1 basketball player from Sacramento, CA who played for the University of California, Davis. I have had extensive experience with NBA trainers and players throughout my own upbringing and fully understand what it takes to reach the next level and be successful, and am excited to pass my knowledge forward
I was an all conference player at one of the best junior colleges in the state of California. After being recruited to UC Davis I was given the chance to prove myself against some of the best competition in the world.
Workouts will start with a warmup followed by ball handling drills and coordination work. Target skill work for the session will be introduced and practiced in live drills, followed by playing and then ended with shooting.
