I played along side many athletes who went to the next level including the NFL
My workouts are mostly footwork and cardio based, my whole life I've been doing cones ladder and abs. The core and feet are the most important attributes to a skill athlete. I also will have a weight room session once a week over the summer. My goal is to transform guy's into division prospects with elite skills.
