Lacrosse has been my passion for more than 30 years. I started in the eighth grade. From playing at the youth level to coaching high school, I have been involved of all aspects of the game - as a collegiate player on the hunt of a national title as well as coaching Delbarton to a state championship. I am passionate about sharing my experience with the next generation of Lacrosse players.

Coach Pat was extremely insightful and provided my son with coaching and development on several fundamentals of the game. Additionally, Coach identified a few opportunities to focus on during his practice sessions and games. That said, my son played this past Sunday against a reputable program and had a solid game with two goals and an assist! His response was the training he had with Coach Pat made a difference! We’ll be scheduling another session!
