Training is important because it allows you to develop your game, I chose Paris Von, because I heard about his programs through a friend. After the first workout I enjoyed it and decided to stay. What I liked most about him was his athletic development program which included weight lifting. The breaks in between were small which helped a lot. I learned plenty of drills that helped expand my dribbling repertoire. I noticed and felt improvement on everything, from basketball skills to body build.
I chose to train with Paris Von because I heard good things about him and the way he trains from my high school basketball coach. I like that its always something new for our team to do and how he motivates us through each exercise. I learned that you should get warm-up first then stretch. I learned some of my weaknesses with my knee and how to improve. I do see improvements with my knee strength and my basketball IQ.
I chose Paris to improve my skills. What I like the most about his training techniques is that they are high intense. What I learned from Paris is to keep pushing when I am tired. I saw major improvements in my foot speed.
I chose to train with paris because he does a great job at getting the most out of you during a workout, his workouts are very fast paced with miimal rest, they really help in getting into game shape and are very sport specific. Instead of just liftin for 2 hrs low intensity we get it in for about an hr, but go hard.While working with him I learned that I can really be a great basketball player with consistent hard work, way better than what I thought before. Also I learned that paris really has a passion for what he does and that he doesnt just train people for a paycheck, he honestly wants you to make it to the next level and be dominate in your sport
I chose Paris Von as my trainer because he does a great job at motivating and he helps me push through my workouts. What I like most about Paris training is that he can help me condition myself for any sport. I learned that hard work actually does pay off and how and what to eat as my health is concerned. The improvements I saw were that I got stronger with my upper body my core and quicker with my footspeed and ball handling. And I am also in much better shape with my training.
Paris was my grade school basketball coach and personal Sports Fitness Coach. He is a great coach and fun to work with so I picked him. I like how he pushes you to the next level. Paris taught me how to play hard.
