More About Coach Owen
I’ve coached pop Warner football for 5 years. One of those years as a head coach and the rest a defensive coordinator. I work with kids ages 10-13.
Won a state championship, 4 division and city championships at La Salle College High school. Played linebacker in college for The Catholic University of America.
Clients can expect me to make sure their son or daughter is in shape and disinclined. We would work on agility, football movements, technique and utilize drills specific for their position. Plus make sure they’re having fun and learning.
