Private Lessons are available when convenient for you. Work one-on-one with our instructors to learn new skills or get a skill-training tune-up for specific sport fundamentals or time to practice on game skills for improving ones' skill.

Group classes are small and designed as a semi private training. Groups of no more than six students will be instructed in any specific sport skill or a speed and agility program can be set up for any particular group. Each classes will be 60 minutes in length.
