Coach at DNA Prep Academy and Mamba Sports Academy. I have been coaching for atleast 3.5 years now. Kids 8u-20u, whether it’s core training, agility, footwork etc

Played 1 year of College Basketball. Started competing at Juco then went on to play a year at Syracuse University. Then started getting into Coaching a few years after that. Mainly kids to College players

Drills, Agility, Core workouts, Defense, Shooting and Recovery. It’s just as important to take of your body as working on your skills try to focus on that just as much.
