Definitely expect to get the best workout and training session you have had. I apply multiple training tactics to meet desired results. I believe plyometrics, core workouts, and resistance training are major implementations of a successful athlete. I use multiple methods and multiple locations to increase interest, morale and motivation to reach maximum performance each training session.
Strong areas and emphasis:
• Sprints, hurdles, and jumps
• Strength training and conditioning
• Power, speed and agility training
• Spotting and identifying strengths and weaknesses in athletes and developing a program for improvement
I find it very critical to also utilize visual training aids as well as the physical aspect of training. Its very important to see what right looks like and the results that has proven effective for professional athletes and/or record breaking personal performance.
