More About Coach Olivia
After graduating college in 2019, I coached in Buffalo, NY with the Nichols School Girls Varsity Hockey team as well as the Niagara Jr. Purple Eagles u19 team. I also helped coach u9 Buffalo Jr. Sabres where I was fortunate to learn and coach alongside the skating coach for the Buffalo Sabres. In 2022 I moved to Boston to play for the Boston Pride and was an assistant coach for the Thayer Academy Varsity girls hockey team. I have worked every summer for at least 10 years coaching for Premier Ice Prospects. I am fortunate to coach alongside many professional players and D1 and D3 coaches.
I played this past season for PWHL NY in the inaugural season of the PWHL. I was drafted 69th overall and signed to the team this past fall. I previously played for the Boston Pride in 2022/23. I was a chosen to be part of the PHF All-Star game during this season. Before the Pride I played in the Swedish professional league for Linkoping and HV71. I attended Colgate University and played four years of D1 college hockey. Our team was national champion runner-up in 2018. During our NCAA run, I was voted to the NCAA all tournament team. In 2019 I was chosen to the ECAC second team.
I would typically start with skating and edge work drills. I think skating is the one of the most important skills for players to have in order to be successful. I would then get into skill related drills. These would depend on if there is anything specific the athlete wants to work on or based on their position.

Olivia was great with my son. Connected with him well. Helped him with his skating technique. Recommend her without reservation.
