I have coached at many levels in track and field. From novice to elite high school athletes, I help shape young athletes with sound training and my vast personal experience as a International Track and Field Athlete.

I have competed both on a collegiate and international stage in Track and Field. Still the current World Youth Male record holder in the 400 meters. This record was set September 2, 1995.

Clients can expect a detailed, in-depth training session based on current athletic ability and future goals. My initial sessions start out with an evaluation and progress to specified goals of the athlete.
