I have a Lydiard I and II running coach Certification, a Newton Natural Running Coach Certification as well as a Fitness training Certification from ISSA. I am new to the industry and excited for my new career. I currently assist a well recognized coach in Cross Country for the city of Denver.

Each practice will run approximately an hour (some runs can be done without me, and I will notify you prior to long practices). During practice we will cover a warm up, skill drills, a run, a cool down, and a stretch. I will go over breathing and form while running, answer questions regarding the best foods to keep you energized and teach exercises that any athlete can use to improve overall technique, health and endurance.
