sessions start with a stretch, then a warm up. Next will be the workouts i have planned out for the day. After, we will finish with a one on one to put the things we have worked in into action. Finally, we will review and reflect on the completed session and set goals for the upcoming week.

Coach Norris is a great coach. He is very knowledgeable and worked well with our son. My son has zero experience in basketball but by the end session we were able to see a difference. Our son came out with a boost of confidence knowing he was able to play. Coach Norris had the right tools and attitude the whole session. He was also on time which is a big plus! Coach Norris made our son feel awesome when he succeeded and motivated and pushed him when he saw that our son could give more. I would absolutely recommend him and book again with confidence.

lists that he is in my area but comes from longwood takes a hour drive i was runnnig late he says that he cant wait long cause he has another session but when i tell him since i missed the session and he was not available i would transfer it to another coach or get my money back he completes it as a session to get the $50

We were in Orlando from Australia for just a week and only had an opportunity for our 11 year old son who plays Representative basketball to have 1 session with Coach Norris. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and Norris certainly took him outside his comfort zone and developed real confidence at a whole new level with his ball handling in particular. A fantastic experience with great communication and interaction . We will certainly be back when next in Orlando.

My son ( Omar) had his first training session today with coach Norris . My son said that he is great , funny and hard worker . He learned some new tips on how to overcome his fear of using his left arm to shoot . He came home all excited and continued practicing what he learned from Coach Norris . Later at home he said " now , I can , look mom " while showing me his new technique . I believe coach Norris can be a great inspiration for the new generation. Awesome 1ѕт day !
