Noelle R.

Noelle Rodriguez is a young, passionate, and driven dancer born in San Antonio, Texas. Being raised in a Latin home filled with music, dance, culture, and inspired by dance movies of the 80's & 90's, it was only a matter of time before Noelle began taking dance lessons at the young age of 8 and was immediately hooked. In 2008, her mother and teacher/mentor opened a dance studio in San Antonio, which allowed her to continue exploring her movement. In the summer of 2010, Noelle and her family moved to Houston, TX to further her dance training, and there she was able to add additional styles to her repertoire, such as Waacking under the mentorship of Rudi Smit, House with Yung Chris and Jazz Funk under the mentorship of Guero Charles. By age 13 Noelle was already teaching her first adult hip hop class, and also began choreographing and competing competitively while gaining local and national recognition as a pre-professional dancer and young choreographer.

Throughout her years of dance, Noelle has enjoyed traveling across the country training in various styles and under some of the top choreographers in the industry. She can be seen in Beyonce's "Blow" music video as an extra dancer, as well as featured in Brian Friedman's AXI "Controversy" dance video. Noelle has also had the prestigious honor of being a two-time Monsters Of Hip Hop Dance show finalist, trained under some of the industry's finest choreographers, and continues to pursue her dream of being a full-time professional dancer.

When Noelle is not training, she enjoys performing, traveling and teaching workshops, and passing along what knowledge she has acquired through her years in dance. She is co-founder and Director of Freakin' Waack, a collective of dance friends and choreographers, from across the U.S., who love creating and performing. Ultimately Noelle aspires to one day fill the role of a professional Creative Director while residing in L.A.
