Athletes will go through a vigorous training style of strength & conditioning for ankle strength, mobility, speed, and agility. Can last anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour.

More About Coach Noel
Having a love and passion for basketball is something I cherish. I have coached and trained at all levels from elementary all the way to the collegiate level. Having won 2 league champions with 12u teams and winning a league champion with 19u team. Having trained well over 50+ athletes all over South Florida and had well over 100 basketball classes at Miami Beach Jewish Community Center. Currently coaching on Team Quachro out of Garden Grove, California. Serving as the 14/15u Head Coach.
I have earned dozens of all tournaments from AAU and high school tournaments. I finished top 30 Junior year and Senior year of high school and finished top 25 point guards in the FSBC prep programs in Florida. I played at the Collegiate level at Golden West College and currently pursing my MBA in sports management while competing in the GSAC mens basketball for La Sierra University. I’ve been named MVP for 2 consecutive years on Time To Ball Prep. I led the conference in ppg and spg.
Clients number 1 expectation is how committed I am to their development. I apply a google sheet tailored to the athletes plan and to the best of my ability athletes will be able to adapt to any situation, environment, and be ready for their moment. Based in Orange/Riverside County area. Sessions can also include a lot of communication with me based on how the athlete feels, what he/she could improve on, where they see themselves playing, and most importantly just simply having a fun bond.
