I have been a High School football coach for 11 years. I have worked at Cookeville High School for my entire career and have coached kids from Middle School to seniors in High School. I have literally coached every position on the field. I have also been a Head Coach and an Offensive and Defensive Coordinator. If i were to pick a speciality area it would be QB, RB, and DB

I received several individual and team awards in High School playing for Lincoln County High . I also received state recognition awards such as player of the week and All - State. I was a Street and Smith Magazine All-American in 1996. I played two years of College Football and Baseball at Lindenwood University and Motlow State Community College. I have coached several players that have received regional and state recognition awards such as All- Upper Cumberland and All-State

I do a variety of position specific drills with the athlete that work on and increase proper technique, footwork, stamina, and the mental part of the game. I do board work or "chalk talk" that will increase the athletes knowledge of the position and the game. I tailor the work outs to what the athletes is trying to accomplish or work on. Each client learns and wants different things from the sessions so i design the work-outs to fit those needs
