More About Coach Noah

I have 6 years of experience coaching basketball at the varsity level at Nashoba Valley Technical High School, along with approximately 5 years of experience training athletes through both small-group and private training at The Mill Works in Westford, MA. I am a NASM-CPT certified Personal Trainer.

I played high school basketball at Chelmsford High School from 2012 to 2015. I also played AAU basketball from ages 15-17, competing against the best competition that the New England area has to offer.

A typical session begins with a dynamic warm-up and movement preparation. From there, I typically move into athletic development work such as acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, jumping and landing mechanics, footwork, and other basketball-specific movement patterns. The strength portion of the session is built around fundamental movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, lunging, pushing, and pulling. I emphasize proper technique and progression rather than simply chasing heavier weights. As athletes become more proficient, I gradually increase the complexity, intensity, or resistance of the exercises.
