More About Coach Noah
I have have over 23 of baseball playing experience including 7 years professionally with the Baltimore Orioles up to AAA and the 40 man roster. A lot of playing and coaching at the same time with my high school, college, and professional/big league teammates. I have a lot of experience with mechanics, mental game, handling and rehabbing injuries and overall good feel for the game of baseball.
I played 3 years at San Joaquin Delta College with my first TJ surgery before my second year, we won a Junior College California state championship in 2018 and ranked #2 in the country. After my third year I committed close to full ride at Oklahoma State University (OSU). I decided to sign with the Baltimore Orioles in 2019 before I would have went to OSU. I played in AA in 2022 and had one of the best strikeout to walk ratios and one of the lowest whips in all of the minors leagues which earned myself a Arizona Fall League invite and I was the starting pitcher in the AZ Fall Star Game in 2022. After being named an all star for the Fall League I was put on the Orioles top 30 prospect list and got put onto the 40 man roster and invited to big league spring training in 2023 where I gained a lot of experience playing with the Big League roster who later made the playoffs that season after coming off their 100 win season in 2022. I was sent to AAA where I played nearly the full season in 2023 before getting a second TJ. I ended my playing career after this spring training with the Orioles and playing a half of season with the York Revolution in the Atlantic League after I had another arm injury that forced me to end my playing career.
My plans and lessons will be individualized for each player after an assessment on how the player moves with their strengths and weaknesses. There is no one size fits all for each player which makes coaching so exciting and important. The ability to take the strengths of a player and elevate everything around those strengths makes and allows a player to be great.
