I am a former first round draft pick and I have played professional baseball for 11 years now. When I am not in season or training, I work with the youth in our area.

I specialize in pitching, fielding and catching. I’ve worked with all ages of players over the years from T ball to college.

I am local to south Florida. I was one of the original players to play on the “Elite Squad” and I went to Archbishop McCarthy for high school where we won multiple state and national titles. I was then drafted by the Cincinnati Reds and played throughout their system.

My main focus towards pitchers is building a solid base. Mechanics play a huge role in arm health and longevity playing the game. Arm strength and having a strong shoulder program / arm care routine are huge for my pitchers. The mental side of the game comes on to play every time we are on the field so that is another key topic I like to address.

As far as catching, I have worked hand in hand with them throughout my career and I implement a ton of drills to help with receiving, blocking and throw downs.

Defensively, as a pitcher we still need to field our position so I’ve worked with multiple gold glove and hall of fame coaches in my career and have learned the skills and drills to improve defensive players.
