A typical session starts out with a warm up, followed by arm care prehab. Depending on the age and skill level of the athlete, the throwing program will be adjusted accordingly. Clients can also expect to see drills and flat grounds/bullpens included in their sessions. Every session typically ends with an arm care/strengthening exercise as well as some conditioning to prevent injuries and keep the athletes' arm and body strong and healthy.
