More About Coach Nicholas
Having worked in professional, collegiate and high school athletic environments, I have a decades long experience being around high level training and performance. I have been the Head Baseball Coach at York Prep School in Manhattan, where we have won 5 of the last 6 ISAL titles, and two straight appearances in the NYSAIS State Tournament. I also am the Associate Head Basketball Coach at York, where we have won the NYSAIS State Tournament in 2022, a Finalist in 2023, and appeared in 2025.
Three sport captain in football, basketball and baseball in HS. I was a three-year starting QB in football, played point guard in basketball, and catcher/shortstop in baseball. I went on and played D-II Baseball at Dean College in Massachusetts.
We will build from the ground up, going through proper stretching for body care that will lead to skill work to enhance our performances once we get in club/school team environments.
