I have a broad range of experience with ages 13 thru 23 at various levels such as travel, junior varsity, varsity, and collegiate. In previous stints, I have worked at Needham High School as the junior varsity/varsity assistant and pitching coordinator where I was responsible for all aspects of pitching, including programs, mechanical development, strength & conditioning, and mental fortitude. Additionally, I also worked as the head assistant coach with the Needham Rockets AAU 13u baseball club. Currently, I coach for the Batting 1.000 Seminoles’ 14u developmental and 17u collegiate programs.

I install a depth-oriented approach with a focus on detailed analysis of mechanics that coincide with frame-by-frame comparative framework. I enjoy breaking down mechanics by cross-referencing still shots of professionals to the players I work with. I am a visual learner, always presenting my analysis with a visible understanding. Drills include, but are not limited to, arm rhythm, front side stability, external backside torsion, etc. Additionally, I aim to perfect all aspects of development by installing pre- and post-stretching/conditioning routines that go well beyond the timeframe of a typical lesson. I hope to set up success for my players outside the structure I share with them.
