Former ABR and USAC license cyclist.

Trained and competed in half and full marathons.
An active session may start with a conversation as to the objectives of the day and follow with a dynamic warn-up routine and event warm-up drills. The core session follows the warm-up with the objectives of the day. The session will conclude with a recovery routine and review / feeback of the objectives and take-aways of the session. The core of the session will address the needs of the client as concluded from the client's physical pre-evaluation. Note some possible core objectives; bio-mechanics of the movement, training the correct energy system, partial to whole movement drills, flexibility and relaxation training, sport psychology / mental prep training, technical skills training, pre and or post competition training/strategy, strength training, active recovery training etc. The session will close with information on post training nutrition, recovery/cool down.
