More About Coach Nathan
I've learned and am practicing the art of teaching and philanthropy. Trained athlete's at the high school, college, and pro level's. I am open to training youngster's as well. The key to the future is the youth. WR Amonta Poteat is a starting WR at Morgan State University and poised for a big year. LB Jon Walton signed to the NFL Saints.
Pre-season #1 ranked tight end in JUCO (Junior College) 2010. 1st team All-conference JUCO 09-10, 10-11. 3rd team All-MEAC preseason 2013. CFPA tight end Watch list 2013. In 09/10 I recorded 28 catches for 390 yards and 2 TDs as a freshman. In 10/11 I recorded 32 catches for 410 yards and 7 TDs. 2012 recorded 5 catches for 90 yards and 1 TD before suffering a season ending injury. 2013 I recorded 17 catches for 230 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The basis of football is feet, legs, core, and hips. "The lower man wins". My workout routine consists of agility exercises, plyometrics, resistance band work, and stamina building. Start off with a dynamic warmup to get the juices flowing. Followed by an active stretch. Then we would get into the workout depending on the position of the athlete. Variations of lunges, sprints (Sprint mechanics), jump rope, and core work are consistent for every position that I coach. Hips, legs, feet, and core are the key to being a great football player. I may sound like a broken record but I truly stand by that.

Jon Walton/ NFL Saints (Testimonial)
Nate knows what it takes to be an elite football athlete. The mechanics, technique, and athleticism I gained from his workouts has helped me get to the point I'm at now.
Amonta Poteat/ Morgan State University WR (Testimonial)
Nate provides great one on one training. He helped me take my game up another level. I like that he pays attention to how I move and corrected me accordingly. I think he has the tools to become a great coach in his lifetime.
