More About Coach Natasha
Started my fitness journey about 6 years ago and never imagined that i would become so passionate about it. Over time i eventually took to a career in the fitness industry! I am very passionate about developing the total athlete and living an overall happy healthy lifestyle. I have 5 years of experience training athletes who have many different goals such as; hypertrophy, competition prep, and weight loss. I currently work for a company called Camp Gladiator which is the top outdoor fitness company in all of America. I usually work with ages 18-40. I am a NASM Certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Certified.
I have done individual personal training for about 5 years and then ventured into one of the most amazing fitness companies called Camp Gladiator. I have competed in an orlando bikini competition about 4 years ago. I also play soccer and love that! A while ago i tore my ACL so that set me back from competing again this spring however, i am looking to compete this fall.
A typical session with me will depend on how many days a week the athlete trains with me. Usually i will focus on a big muscle group and then smaller muscle groups. I like to tailor the workouts to the goal of the athlete to make sure that they get a successful workout and reach their fitness goals. A workout will typically last 1 hour and will involve weight lifting and some form of cardio.
