More About Coach Natalie

I've been coaching for several years and my Athletic resume is listed below and it showcases my coaching and playing experience. I've played NCAA Div-1 Women's Basketball for the Univ of South Carolina & The Univ of Central Florida. However, I did not complete my education at those schools. After dropping out for over 11 years, I decided to go back in 2001 and played for Edward Waters College where I was voted MVP and lead our team to its first Conference championship and appearance to the NAIA in the school's history.

A typical session with me will be will be fun and educational. I try to help maximize any athlete's potential. I focus on fundamentals and mechanics. I can teach and demonstrate moves for Guards and Posts. I've coached Boys and Girls basketball on the Middle and High School levels and have an impeccable rapport with student-athletes and parents alike. Whatever the skill you desire to improve, I'm sure I can help you not only improve it, but master it! I also focus on things a player should do On and Off the ball, particularly on the defensive end. I hope to have the chance to work with you to help you reach your goals!

Coach Natalie, was extremely professional and her expectations for my son to be the best him he could possible be, was very important for his confidence.

Great coach. Dynamic. Motivating. Tough. Working with my 16 year old daughter, she had a great hard-working practice/coaching session and was both motivating and honest. Told my daughter - Hey, if you are getting tired by now... it means you are out of shape (which was true). Coach Natalie works WITH the athlete, working just as hard on the court as the athlete, doing shooting drills, grabbing rebounds, taking the shots, making the passes... immersing the athlete in the competitive spirit of the game where you have to stay motivated, athletic, focused and dig deep to get better. Good job; I couldn't be any happier with our choice.

Coach Natalie is a great coach! She is very knowledgeable of the game and helped me a lot working in the post.

My daughter really enjoyed the one on one attention. She was eager to see coach Natalie again.

July 14, 2009 To whom it may concern: It is my pleasure to recommend Natalie Howard. Her performance working as an Assistant Coach (head of Jr. Varsity) for Englewood HS proved that she will be a valuable addition to any organization. I have known Natalie for three years in my capacity as Head Girls Basketball Coach at Englewood High School. Natalie worked for me as an Asst. Coach (Head of Jr. Varsity) and based on her work, I would rank her as one of the best coaches I have ever worked with. Natalie distinguished herself by being a team player who understands her role for the good of the team. Natalie is an awesome mom, coach, and teacher who understands how to effectively communicate with and treat our youth and their parents. Natalie has a work ethic that is unrivaled. She is always willing to go above and beyond anything that was asked of her. Although I believe that Natalie qualified to be a Head Coach and operate her own program, it was a pleasure to see her humbly take on a position which required her to respectfully follow. From what I have observed, Natalie is a person who parents, teaches, and coaches with a passion from a team perspective. Natalie is highly intelligent and has good analytical and communication skills. If her performance as a coach is a good indication of how she would perform in your organization, she would be an extremely positive asset to your program! Yours Sincerely, George D. McCleod
