More About Coach Nastassia
I have coached high school level cross country and track for six years. I also was a volunteer assistant coach for a division two college team for one cross country season and one track season.
I ran varsity cross country and middle distance track all four years of high school (2005-2009) and all four years (cross country and track) at California State University East Bay (division II).
I do not have a sample workout because each athlete is different. In the first meeting I will get to know the athlete as a person as well as take the time to learn what their goals are and then we will begin to work on improving their weaknesses.
