More About Coach Naomi
I’m Zumba Certified with specifications in Caribbean Rhythms & Strong Nation (HIIT) as well completing courses in AFAA Group Fitness Instruction and NASM Personal Fitness Training. I typically work with ages 11-65. I currently work as a dance fitness instructor for my business Dance Fit Mom of 5 Inc.
Dance has been a passion since childhood. I’ve always strived for being healthy and fit with a tinge of happiness. Therefore, dancing encourages movement, strength, endurance, pleasure & more. I’ve been known to provide excellent tools and resources for weight loss and toning.
An initial session will include goals, plans and fitness expectations. As the weeks progress they will move from a beginner to a novice by way of dance and strength training. Every session will include nutrition guidance as well!
