More About Coach Nada

Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past 5 years—and over that time, I’ve personally lost 60 pounds and built a passion for helping other women do the same.

I specialize in training women and girls of all ages, from teens to seniors, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women through pre- and postnatal fitness. I understand how challenging it can be after giving birth, and I’m here to help you safely rebuild strength, regain confidence, and feel like yourself again.

I’m a certified nutrition coach through NASM, a certified personal trainer through ISSA, and a certified pre/postnatal fitness specialist.

In addition to 1:1 training, I also lead group fitness classes for seniors, working with both men and women. Offering both seated and standing options to help improve strength, mobility, and everyday function.

I have been in the fitness industry for about 5 years. I did not compete in any competitions but I have been able to lose a lot of weight, and completely change my life around. I have lost 60 pounds, and almost 10 percent body fat. Being able to train others, and seeing complete improvement, and seeing others love fitness as much as I do, just motivates me to work even harder!

I also work with pre/post natal moms! I just became a new mommy, and I know how hard it can be to focus on yourself, and still take care of your little ones! I want to help moms get back the body they love!
My training sessions are 1 hour, and you can bring your little ones with you!!

We would start off with a Warm up, this doesn’t have to be actual workout, but could start with correcting muscle imbalance, getting our body warm, and our heartbeat beating. We will do some dynamic stretches, and body weight movements. Getting flexibility and mobility activated. 5-10 minutes.

We would then go into our workout. Depending on what your goals are. Whether it’s losing weight, or body sculpting, and body building, or just overall skill improvement .
This will be about 45 minutes.

After our workout, we will have a COOL down.
This will be about 5-10 minutes of our 1 hour session. We will again end it with static stretches. Decreasing you're heart rate, back to normal.
Ending with cardio.
