I’ve been working out, for about 5 years now, and fitness has been a very big aspect of my life these past couple of years. I myself have lost about 60 pounds. I’ve trained many age groups from 15 to 20 years.. 45 to 60 years. I train Women and girls only. I also coach women pre/post natal! I know how hard it can be after giving birth! And I can help you recover and get back to your old self!
Certified nutrition with NASM. Certified personal trainer with ISSA, and certified pre/post natal trainer!
I have been in the fitness industry for about 5 years. I did not compete in any competitions but I have been able to lose a lot of weight, and completely change my life around. I have lost 60 pounds, and almost 10 percent body fat. Being able to train others, and seeing complete improvement, and seeing others love fitness as much as I do, just motivates me to work even harder!
I also work with pre/post natal moms! I just became a new mommy, and I know how hard it can be to focus on yourself, and still take care of your little ones! I want to help moms get back the body they love!
My training sessions are 1 hour, and you can bring your little ones with you!!
We would start off with a Warm up, this doesn’t have to be actual workout, but could start with correcting muscle imbalance, getting our body warm, and our heartbeat beating. We will do some dynamic stretches, and body weight movements. Getting flexibility and mobility activated. 5-10 minutes.
We would then go into our workout. Depending on what your goals are. Whether it’s losing weight, or body sculpting, and body building, or just overall skill improvement .
This will be about 45 minutes.
After our workout, we will have a COOL down.
This will be about 5-10 minutes of our 1 hour session. We will again end it with static stretches. Decreasing you're heart rate, back to normal.
Ending with cardio.
