I’ve coached and trained kids from ages 9-18 for about 5 years .I have coached on a recreational level .I worked as a coach and a trainer in the Fayetteville, NC area . I typically work with kids from ages 9-18 but will train any age. I’m a certified personal trainer.
My latest accomplishment was becoming a certified personal trainer. Cape Fear Community College and Allen University.Most improved and all conference.
A physical and mental work out. I focus on the things that don’t come easy.The work out will start stretching,drills, game like situations, a lot of shots,and conditioning.
