More About Coach Morgan

Providing fully comprehensive martial arts training. Providing fight fitness stamina and strength training along with meditation, chi energy development and esoteric Martial Arts fitness regimen
Involving grappling, joint locks, taekeondo, mui Thai, boxing, karate, wing chun, jeet kune do, weapons training, defense, and energy force.

A well rounded curriculum involving all of the major aspects of martial science designed in a comprehensive presentation for productive acquisition of technique.

I have been studying a plethora of martial arts since I was 5 years old. I am now 34 years old and have a lifetime of experience, accreditation, knowledge and practice having traveled throughout Asia for over a decade teaching and learning everything I could find including modern MMA.

I am a 4th degree black belt in Kung Jung Mu Sul( Korean royal palace martial arts)
I hold a 4th degree in Tae Kwon do as well.
I am unranked in Jiu Jitsu but have over 10 years experience in training with highly advanced wan mates and masters.
I am a black belt in judo
I am a black belt in karate
I have practiced here kune do with many different renowned instructors who's curriculum was based off of: Kali, Wing Chun, Mui Thai, Jiujitsu, and other traditional martial arts mixed into a formless style founded by Bruce Lee.

I was sent to Korea 12 years ago by my Korean master to teach his curriculum to his native country, and represent him as a master of Kung Jung Mu Sul.
I spent 5 years there working for others at first but then starting my own systems and classes. I became one of the head instructors for an MMA gym in Seoul and trained with koreas premier and top pro fighters.
I then moved to Taiwan for a year continuing to teach and fight learning the Chinese systems along with involving myself in their MMA scene as well.
At last I ventured to Vietnam where I started my own school and succeeded for three years while intermittently traveling to Thailand and Cambodia to fight and train in their Mui Thai and Khmer Boxing styles, I also studied VO VIET, which is the Vietnamese elite martial arts system.

Throughout my lifetime of training and teaching I have cultivated a deep understanding and knowledge base to enhance and propel my physical abilities, in developing a system of martial arts curriculum that weeds out useless traditional form while keeping esoteric and traditional energy secrets intact. Countless hours of study and experimentation have allowed me to dissect the realm of MA to find what works and utilize it in a well rounded and hybrid application that is encompassing of all styles in which I feel is the true nature of martial philosophy without being watered down with strict etiquette that dates back thousands of years while keeping the focus of respect close at heart.
I have dedicated my life to martial arts and it is my pleasure to continue to study it with you and pass on the skills I have spent countless time to discover for your benefit and revelation.

Begin with respectful acknowledgment of teacher student relations, short meditation.

5 min warm up intensity training or jogging, depending on the day and weather. We have to listen to our bodies and work accordingly.

5-10 minutes of stretching depending on the lesson and other factors. The stretching curriculum will adapt accordingly based on the use of our body that day.

Basics: 5-10 min. Sometimes longer if we need to hone those skill. The basics are the very fabric in which your skill is set. Then and only then can you stitch the pattern effortlessly and adaptively as needed, per situation. Without the basics you can't do anything. How can you stitch a pattern into thin air? you need the fabrics laid out first 😉
chi energy breathing and strength,
Kicking
Blocking
Punching snd Striking
Joint licking and escaping
Stances and motion practice

This sounds like a lot but it becomes very routine and that's the point of basics training to make it second nature.

Introduction of technique 5-10 minutes
Partner training slow and steady,
Applied sparring, not actual sparing but sparing taking turns at offense and defense, only using the technique in study.

5-20 minutes open drills and sparring. practicing in random what I call out to perform which will already be within your repertoire. Possibly including the technique you just learned.

5-10 minutes cool down/ work out/ chi development/stretching/ meditation. Body assessment and reparation.

Final:
Line up if in class, show respect to the relationship between the teacher and student whom both deserve equal respect from one another, shake hands and class is over.
