Coach Mo has been involved in strength and conditioning, and sports performance & Track and field since 2009. After completing his collegiate track and field career at California State University, Chico in 2008, coach Mo was a student assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for the Track and Field at California State University, Chico. Coach Mo’s passion of helping others achieve their athletic and fitness goals.

With a firm belief in the constant pursuit of excellence, he trains clients with hands-on coaching that displays professionalism, and a dedicated attitude.
