First Session is always an assessment, just so I have a better understanding on how my client moves. See over and under active muscles being used, so we know exactly what to target to make that a better athlete. I work a lot with injury prevention. Really want to make sure my client is getting the most efficient workout, that is also going to prevent any long term injuries down the road.
