I have had the pleasure of coaching young athletes at various different levels over the last three years through learn to swim and private lessons. I have had the privilege to assist athletes in the Bahamas and in the US.

I currently am a member of the Bahamas National Swim Team and have been lucky enough to have been apart of the team for the last 6 years.
I have earned numerous medals with the team in my tenure and hope to earn many more.
I will also be continuing by swimming at Queens University of Charlotte.

In a typical session, depending on the age and the experience level of the athlete I am working with a lesson plan can range very widely.
With less experienced athletes, more broad technique drills will be taught and rehearsed to try to emphasize certain points heavily. This level of athlete can also expect sets catered to his/her needs.
A higher level athlete can expect more technique work with the smaller details of their stroke being analyzed with video and in the water demonstration from myself.
