More About Coach Mike
I have coached football and lacrosse for the past 15 years from ages 12-18. I have coached at Cold Spring Harbor, Malverne and Bethpage High Schools.
I played High School football and lacrosse at Bethpage High School on Long Island. In high school our team won the County Championship in football twice and the State Championship in lacrosse. I was an All County quarterback as well. I played College lacrosse and was a 4 year starter. We were ranked #1 in the country for part of the season.
Warm up activity to get the athlete ready to compete and push themselves for the duration of the practice. We will then do a cardio activity to make sure the athlete is mentally tough. Quick water break into skill work drills working a few drills that athlete has already said they need to work on. The we will move into a game type scenario. We will finish with the athletes choice of activity.
