More About Coach Mike

Since 2009 I have worked with youth, young adult, and college aged athletes to provide them the strength and skills required to stand out. By providing a curriculum based in sports preparation training my students have excelled in a variety of sports including track, soccer, basketball, football, etc.

I have served as a middle school coach in football, basketball, and track for both girls and boys. Strength, core, and speed training have been used throughout to provide athletes a foundation for improvement. College aged athletes have shown dramatic improvement from my extensive training plans.

Our program provides a mix of offerings including both group circuit training and personalized individual training programs. Core is stressed throughout the program with goals of overall strength and speed improvement. In October we will be offering VertiMax Training. Vertimax is designed to add explosion to the athlete's game. The V8 is Vertimax's leading vertical jump and speed training system designed for multi-point leg and arm loading on-platform with up to 4 band multi-point off-platform speed training out to approximately 30 feet.
