My sessions are based around functional movements and the body's natural reaction. Your first session will become fully dynamic, high energy focusing on power, strength, speed, agility and balance. The basic fight stance, straight punch, upper cut, hooks, knees and kicks will be covered. Movements in a fight stance and blocks will also be taught as well. Just as important as attacks are how to fall and how to get up.

Coach Miguel was very good. I learned a lot in our sessions. He knew a lot about his sport. Glad I was able to train with him.
John Viser (Testimonial)
Miguel Delgado has been my personal trainer for the last three years. Although I was originally hesitant to seek a trainer for all of the stereotypical reasons, Miguel shattered every one of them within the first few sessions, and has encouraged me to continue to be a healthy, active individual long after I thought I would quit. When I began with Miguel, I could barely crank out ten pushups and maybe struggle through three pull-ups. I was a smoker, a heavy drinker, and 24% body fat. Miguel was able to quickly ascertain my goals, my limitations, and the type of exercise I would most likely embrace. When I made progress, we celebrated. When I had set backs, we evaluated, and got back to work. He wasn’t the tyrannical trainer that was going to yell at me for not going to the gym. He did something that few people do; he listened. It is this simple thing that sets Miguel apart from his peers. He listens to what his clients tell him, and he finds a way to work with it. He doesn’t beat people up when they fail, because he understands that life happens. His communication skills afford him the ability to encourage his clients through even the most difficult of life events. Miguel is a consummate learner and professional. He is always improving at his craft, climbing the ladder in everything he does. He is not one to sit by when the chance to improve arises. Miguel will do whatever it takes to improve, even if it means getting in a ring and sparring for 45 minutes. Simply put, Miguel understands fitness and business in a way that few people do. His care, patience, and expertise are unrivalled. Any trainer, student or person would benefit from his knowledge, insight, and interpersonal skills. He is extremely conscientious and considerate in all of his affairs, and he excels at problem solving. He isn’t afraid to try a new approach, but can identify when it isn’t working. As a client, I have turned my life around because of him. I am now at 7% body fat, I can bench over 200 pounds, and I just completed my first mud run. Because of the change he has brought to my life, I know consider Miguel a line item in the budget.
