More About Coach Michael
I have been Coaching football at every level from pop Warner to Division 3 College football for 30 years. My son and I have started QB specific training since 2018, training Quarterbacks and all athletes from 4th grade to the college level.
I played on 2 State championship teams in Brockton Massachusetts (1984 & 1985) I went on to play 1 season of Division 3 football and 1 year of semi pro ball
1. Stretch
2. QBs warm up arm , concentrate on proper throwing technique.
3. Warm up feet with, come and or ladder drills.
4. Metabolic training
5. Deep ball fundamentals and mechanics
