I have coached all ages groups including , age group, college and professional/national swimmers. I have coached at club teams at the University of Arizona as well as the University of North Carolina.

I am an All-American D1 swimmer and have swim in multiple world championships including the 2016 Rio Olympics. I have travelled around the world competing internationally and competed against renowned swimmers like Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte.

The lesson will depend on the clients goals and objectives. However, I tend to place emphasis on unique drills to improve techniques and efficiently in the water. Additionally, I have a strong on meaningful endurance which will give the swimmer a boost of confidence as they become more comfortable in the water. Ultimately, the lesson will revolve around the swimmers proficiency but more so what they are looking to accomplish and what they are comfortable training.
