More About Coach Michael

Former Division 1 football player from Auburn University. I have played football most of my life. Ranked in the top 10 backs in the nation and was recruited to Auburn University.

After my career in football I began to train the same intense ways I did in college to keep my performance high. I also learned many new techniques and workouts to remain strong and explosive. I believe in working hard and pushing you to be your best and I get pride out of seeing my clients improve as athletes or just improve for health reasons.

If your ready to grow in strength, endurance, and power then, I am your guy.

I played in the Mississippi and Alabama all star game. I was ranked number 7 full back in the nation when I was being recruited. I played football at Auburn University for a few years and was going to start until I had a knee injury.

We will mix up the workouts from strength sessions and endurance session and on some days we will do both. We will do the normal strength building exercises from bench, dead lifts, squats, and other strength building lifts and for the endurance or cardio we would go to a football field to do sprints and agility drills. I make it very competitive and fun so you hardly notice how hard you are working.
