I am entering my fourth season working with the Baltimore Orioles organization, including bullpen catching for the Frederick Keys and the Orioles’ Dominican Summer League team. I previously coached at Muskegon Community College and Govs Training Center. I’ve worked with players ranging from 5 years old through the professional level. My coaching focuses on helping players develop their skills, strengthen their fundamentals, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.

My baseball playing experience includes competing at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. I played collegiate baseball at Trinity International University before continuing my career in professional baseball with the United Shore Professional Baseball League. My experiences at each level have helped shape my understanding of the game, work ethic, and approach to player development. Having competed at multiple levels of baseball, I bring valuable firsthand experience and knowledge of the game to my coaching.

When giving baseball lessons, I would take an individualized approach based on each player’s age, skill level, goals, and areas for improvement. I would focus on building strong fundamentals, including proper mechanics, footwork, throwing, hitting, and defensive skills, while also helping players develop confidence and a better understanding of the game. My goal would be to create a positive and challenging environment where players can learn, work hard, and continue improving both physically and mentally.
