Boy's and girl's club age's 5-12 I coached for three year's.
Middle school/High school age's 13-17 I coach middle school for three year's, and High school for two year's.
Mens semi pro team age's 18-25 I was fortunate to coach also for three year's as well
Starting in elementary school I coached my peers to learn the structure, and fundamentals of the game of Basketball. I began coaching kindergartners and 1st graders, as I moved up in age I learned and developed the skills and knowledge of coaching it began in 6th grade for myself. I assisted in coaching in the 6th grade with coaching the forth and fifth graders while I was in high school

Start with the fundamentals as I did at the age of 5 yrs old, learning the basics of basketball.
We will begin with stretches warm-ups defensive drills, and then begin with some dribbling drills
