I'm coaching a swim team under the USA swimming program as a head coach and technique specialist for elite swimmers only, most of my swimmers are 13 & over with tag times or higher, they naturally have a Olympic dreams after they training with me. I was compete in 24th Olympic as a swimming athlete in 200 meters butterfly event in Seoul, Korea on the summer of 1988. I was broken Asian Record in 100m fly event at 1986 Asian Games, was 2nd place in 100fly in Paris,France short course Championships....... Lost to the first place Michael Gross who was 200m Olympic Champion at same year of 1988.......

My speciality is to improve swimmers on butterfly. Everybody's body shape is different, as we all know that, the key of the butterfly is the timing! So I have to design a perfect form only for you in order to get best of you!

He is not a honest and ethical person. He is a lier. I paid him 40 lessons. After 12 lessons, he does not want to coach my daughter any more. No refund. He is always late to the lessons. 15 to 20 minutes late was normal. One time he did not even show up. He does not promptly respond call or texting. If you paid him advance, scheduling a lesson is a nightmare. The training locations are not allowed private lessons. Stay away from him and do not let him victimize your innocent swimmers. He deserve zero star.

Great coaching from Michael! He focused on detailed techniques (specifically underwater positions/movements) and professional strategies, in the way that my son had never experienced and trained before. I'd highly recommend him.

Coach Michael not only was a great swimmer, but also a good Coach too. Only one session my son learned a lot. Because of personal reasons, we can't learn with him any more. But I would like to introduce Coach Michael to everybody.

My son said Coach Michael is the most patient coach ever. He likes his teaching method because it improves his technique so quickly.

I was training so hard for 18 month without any improvement before meet coach Michael, he told me:" swimming more laps only could keep your in a good stand of condition, but sometimes may not improving your performance effectively!" Then he start coaching me advance swimming techniques for 3 weeks, I got my first age group Champion for 50yds Breast stroke which I was #19 from last month swim meet! Few month later, I get my high score trophy in a winter Championship meet!
